1. Who we are

This website is run by Good Ground Digital Pte Ltd (UEN 202607055D), a company registered in Singapore ("Good Ground Digital", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through goodgrounddigital.com, why we collect it, and how you can control it. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

2. What we collect

Newsletter sign-ups. When you subscribe to Grace's Good Notes, we collect your email address.

Discovery calls. When you book a call, our booking provider collects your name, email address, the time you choose and anything you write in the booking form.

Emails you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.

Website usage. Our website and analytics tools collect technical data such as your browser, device, approximate location, pages viewed and how you arrived. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use it

To send you Grace's Good Notes, if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

To schedule and hold discovery calls, and to follow up on them.

To reply to your messages and provide services you ask for.

To understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for any purpose you have not been told about.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this website. They process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

Wix for website hosting, forms and newsletter delivery. Cal.com for booking calls. Google for email (Google Workspace) and website analytics (Google Analytics and Search Console).

Some of these providers store data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect your data to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it.

5. Cookies

Cookies help the site work and show us which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Booking and email records are kept for as long as they are needed for our business relationship and record keeping.

7. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.

You can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. Email grace@goodgrounddigital.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days.
