Benjamin Chan

I am a veteran live presenter. I have spent twenty-plus years on stage in wildlife, eco-tourism, and luxury hospitality, including Jurong Bird Park, Al Ain Zoo, and the desert camps of Dubai. Al Jazeera, Abu Dhabi TV, and the Khaleej Times have all featured my work. I represented the UAE at the International Falconry Festival.
Today I mentor working professionals on speaking with confidence and presence. Delivered 1:1, across Asia and online. There is no certification at the end of the work, and that is the point: the goal is the room you walk into next, not a piece of paper.

I work as a Fractional Digital Marketing Director for founder-led and direct-to-consumer brands growing across the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across CRM, paid media, content, social, and digital growth strategy with brands including Sony Pictures Asia, adidas MENA, Dubai Tourism Board, Lyre’s Spirit Co., KOJ Group, Flash Entertainment, and Middlesex University Dubai.
My specialty has always been helping brands grow in markets where Western marketing playbooks do not translate cleanly.
Today, I work closely with a small number of businesses as an embedded strategic marketing lead, helping founders build sustainable growth systems without the overhead of a full-time CMO.
Alongside my consulting work, my husband and I also run Good Ground Digital, a digital planner and resources business shaped by our own experience navigating relocation, remote income, entrepreneurship, and building a life abroad.
Both sides of my work are rooted in the same belief. Growth becomes sustainable when there is clarity, structure, and strong foundations underneath it.

Content As Lived Experience
Alongside client work, we publish. A blog, a YouTube channel, and an Instagram channel to share our adventures. It is not a content strategy. It is how we think in public, and how we stay close to the craft.
We have both lived and worked across Dubai, Singapore, and Vietnam. Digital in our name means the work is location-independent. Clients from Thailand, Sydney or Singapore are as natural to us as clients down the road.
Good Ground is the part we actually care about: the conviction that the strongest work is built on something steady.
